STLC HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS AND DIRECTIONS Find the best accomodations and directions for the 2000 STLC here. STLC District Registration Form print out this form as well as the team member forms and fax them off to 617-451-1004 STLC Team Member Forms Print these out and fill them in. fax them along with your district registration form to 617-451-1004 Registration Fees: Registration includes all conference sessions, breakfasts and lunches during the two days. Participants are responsible for their overnight accommodations. Please make your own reservations at the Sturbridge Host Hotel, (508) 347-7393, as soon as you send in this registration form. To get the conference room rate, let them know you are an STLC attendee. Presenters are registered free for the day of their presentation. Registration for the other day is $125. Please note: Up to two presenters from a district can attend the conference free of charge on the day of their presentation. However, we also need presenter contact information on your registration form. Therefore, please also list and include the information for presenters from your district. When we receive your information and payment, your registration will be confirmed via a letter to your main contact person. At that time, the main contact person will also receive name badges and lunch tickets for each attendee.
